To enhance, not replace01 / Where we can help
For businesses and private clients. These are examples of workflows we can scope with you; every solution is designed around your requirements.
Bring website and email enquiries into an agreed process. Capture the relevant details, route the request and prepare a response for review.
Prepare draft quotations from approved information and pricing rules. Flag missing details and organise follow-up without losing track of the conversation.
Connect booking requests, availability checks and reminders. Define how changes, cancellations and unusual requests reach a person.
Extract agreed fields, check completeness and prepare records or summaries. Unclear values and exceptions are flagged for verification.
Keep agreed customer-record fields aligned and reduce repeated data entry. Access permissions, matching rules and duplicate handling are part of the scope.
A recurring report, a repetitive administrative task or a business-specific integration. We check the available interfaces and constraints before proposing a build.
02 / Useful by design
Some tasks need straightforward rules. Others benefit from AI for interpreting text or drafting an answer. We choose the simplest approach that meets the requirement.
Where AI is used, its output can need verification. Validation, exception handling and human approval are designed around the consequences of an error.
Agree what may happen automatically, what must be reviewed and what happens when a service fails. A useful workflow needs a clear way to stop, correct and recover.
03 / A defined piece of work
We agree the boundary before building. A focused first workflow makes the result easier to test and the benefit easier to assess.
One task, its current steps and the intended improvement.
Inputs, outputs, permissions and approval points.
The agreed rules and integrations, with checks.
Representative examples, exceptions and failure cases.
Operating guidance and agreed measures of success.
04 / Practical arrangements
Data remains under your control. We agree where it is processed, which services receive it, what is retained and who can access it. Local processing is considered where it fits the requirement; external services are identified before use.
Price on application. Build costs, third-party subscriptions or usage fees and optional maintenance are separated. Ownership and licences, including reusable Aldermere components, are defined in the agreement.
Integrations depend on the access and capabilities of the services involved. Monitoring, updates and support are optional, with responsibilities and response arrangements agreed explicitly.
